Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product due to change of mind, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will try our best to accommodate your preference, depending on stock availability. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake from our end. 

Returns: We trust you will love your Bobbleware® experience. In the rare event that you need to return a product, you can return unused and undamaged items, at your shipping expense, within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@bobbleware.com.au as we will need you to provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can get you sorted. All assessment and decision to ensure return conditions are met will be in our sole discretion. 

Faulty: Please inspect your purchased items carefully upon receive to ensure there is no damage. In the rare event that the item is faulty, we will fulfill our legal obligation which may include providing a like-to-like replacement, or issue a full refund, subject to full assessment on a case by case basis, solely at our discretion. Please submit a clear image of the faulty object to hello@bobbleware.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. All assessment and decision to ensure return conditions are met will be in our sole discretion.
